The base curves as though worn by water, rising from the floor and leaning gently toward the top. That off-center form gives the table energy, while the clean surface keeps it calm enough for daily use. An oversized mirror above it and a single lamp make an easy, gallery-style arrangement.
Orlithen is built entirely from solid hardwood picked for grain movement and strength. The pedestal is shaped so the grain runs continuously through the curves. Each surface is sanded and finished by hand, which means color and figure will vary slightly. Dust regularly and avoid placing hot items directly on the wood.
Is the base stable with only one pedestal?
The asymmetric pedestal is designed for architectural stability, but as with any console, keep the heaviest items centered over the base.

The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Hand-painted glazed ceramic — dust with a soft dry cloth, never submerge. Fits any standard tealight; we recommend flame-free LED tealights. If you use a wax tealight, never leave it unattended, keep away from curtains and children, and let the piece cool before moving.
