The short version: flat $4.99 U.S. shipping · free on orders $60 and over · packed in 1–3 business days · delivered in another 5–7 business days · U.S. only · tracking emailed on every order.

One flat rate no matter how many items you order — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Order processing
Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays); carrier delays outside our control can occasionally add time.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders at this time.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@safflesgoodies.com as soon as possible — we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once shipped, a parcel cannot be redirected.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, contains the wrong item, or never arrives — we replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Every ceramic piece is wrapped and boxed with extra padding, but breakage in transit can still happen. Contact us with your order number and a photo. Full details in our Refund Policy.
