Dust with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. Keep the rack away from ovens, radiators and high humidity, which are hard on both wood and wine, and wipe any drips promptly so they do not mark the surface.
Which finish hides fingerprints best?
Medium tones such as Brown and Walnut tend to show smudges and dust less than Black or a light Oak finish.

Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.
