Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order hits the trail.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Because every cowboy deserves a good deal.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our trail — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your goodies every step of the way. Giddy up!

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing on the trail, don't panic — we've got your back. Contact us at support@safflesgoodies.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right, partner.
